How it works
Before you can start with the program, we require you to complete a Registration Form so we have your company’s information on file. Once active in our system, we’ll notify you via email and you can begin to submit your request for employee rewards immediately using our Travel Reward Submission Form.
Here is the step-by-step process:
You pick the amount ($) you would like to reward your employees
Send us a list of employees with the amount (i.e. $2500) you have in mind for each employee, along with their contact information (email address, phone number, etc.) using our Travel Reward Submission Form.
We contact your employees to introduce ourselves. We’ll provide them with instructions on how to begin planning their travel with us.
When they are ready, they will begin the process using the instruction provided, and one of our destination experts will customize and book their travel itinerary.
Once travel for one of your employees is officially booked, we provide you with an invoice that includes your desired reward amount + a management fee of 25%.
