LISTING YOUR DEALS WITH US
MultiCityTrips is a travel & lifestyle company that provides independent travelers with a unique, all-in-one, multi-city trip solution. We combine the best value air-inclusive vacation package deals with fully personalized travel experiences, 100% custom trip planning, booking services, and end-to-end support.
In addition to our own package deals offered on the Marketplace, we work with professional Tour Operators and Travel Agencies who create or operate multi-city, multi-destination package deals with ready-to-book itineraries to bring more variety and options to our travelers.
If you are interested in displaying your vacation packages on our Marketplace, you are invited to register your company and submit your offers at any time. While we’re open to unlimited submissions from our partners, please note that we review all proposals carefully and only accept package deals that meet the needs of our independent travelers.
ELIGIBLE DEALS TYPICALLY INCLUDE SOME OR ALL OF THE FOLLOWING ASPECTS:
- Multi-city, multi-country, or multi-destination trips with ready-to-book itineraries within Europe, or
- Other amazing multi-city, multi-country, or multi-destination trips with ready-to-book itineraries across the globe
- Special single-destination packages such as all-inclusive packages, long weekend getaways, anniversaries, or birthday trips that might be of interest to our Insider Club members.
- Must include some or all of the following:
- Flight / airfare
- Airport transfers
- Transportation between cities
- Some sightseeing tours/activities
- A ready-to-book itinerary with general or specific daily itineraries
- An estimated starting price based on a specific date and city of departure
- The trip must be a minimum of 5 days in duration for multi-city packages.
HOW IT WORKS
MultiCityTrips provides you with a platform to showcase your offers to travelers who are looking for vacation package deals to Europe and beyond. You handle all bookings so that you can connect directly with the customers with full, 24/7 support from us.
There are no registration fees to become one of our approved partners, nor are there any fees associated with the submission of your offers. There is, however, a one-time publishing/service fee per each approved listing. This has to be agreed and paid to MultiCityTrips before we list your offer on our Marketplace or distribute it on other channels of your choice.
We do not charge a commission on any of your bookings, so you keep 100% of your earnings. In other words, you still have full control of your offers, reservations, and revenues once your deal is listed with us.
Unlike other Marketplace or listing platforms, all package deals are carefully reviewed and selected by our team. Only package deals that meet our travelers’ needs, and are a mix of quality products and best value, will be published on our Marketplace.
To ensure we provide quality package deals and maximum value to our travelers, only offers submitted using our Deal Submission Form will be considered at this time. After five successful listings, and when you are familiar with our working process, you will be granted access to list your offer on our Marketplace directly.
LISTING YOUR DEAL: STEP-BY-STEP
- Register your company and become an approved partner using the Marketplace Vendor Registration Form.
- Once your account is active, you can begin submitting your packages using our Deal Submission Form.
- We review your submission and confirm whether your offer has been accepted. We’ll then share your listing options and select a pricing plan that works for your offers.
- We list your package deals under the Pre-Designed Package section of our Marketplace with a direct link to your website, so travelers can connect and book packages directly with you.
- Depending on your campaign type, we’ll publish your package deal across a combination of channels tailored to meet your goals—for example, our Insider Magazine, newsletter, email marketing, and social media platforms.
