Day-by-Day Itinerary

Please note that the below sample itinerary is not representative of your final itinerary (unless you choose not to personalize it further). The purpose of this itinerary is to provide you with a general idea of what your day might look like. Your actual day-by-day itinerary will be fully customized to suit your trip schedule and specific needs.

Day 1

Welcome to Cancun! Upon arrival, clear customs and immigration, then meet your representative who’ll take you to your hotel.

Check in to your hotel, then spend the day relaxing and making the most of the hotel’s facilities. Grab a poolside cocktail, lounge in the sun, then get ready for some night-time entertainment and a great meal.

Day 2

Head to Playa del Carmen today, Riviera Maya’s most bustling town. You’ll find great shopping opportunities here, as well as a handful of restaurants and chic beach clubs. Spend your day at one of the beach clubs, lapping up the sunshine.

Then explore the pedestrian-only Quinta Avenida (aka Fifth Avenue) to soak up the buzzing energy, stop for a bite to eat, or head into a bar for a round of margaritas. Head back to your hotel for dinner, then head out to experience the area’s nightlife if you so choose.

Day 3

Head to Playa del Carmen again today, but this time to catch the 45-minute ferry journey to Cozumel. Marvel at the gorgeous crystal-clear waters and take in the relaxed vibes before disembarking.

On the docks, grab a tasty plate of nachos or a cold beer from the local market stalls. Then try your hand at snorkeling or diving on the Mesoamerican Barrier Reef, the second largest in the world. It’s also home to the Underwater Museum of Art, an underwater collection of man-made sculptures.

Day 4

Head to Akumal today, an area famed for its sea turtles. If you’re visiting between May and September, keep your eyes peeled for nests! Then spend your day in search of turtles in the water. You can take a self-guided tour, or book a tour boat to take you further into the water with an experienced guide.

Stop for lunch, dining on tasty fish tacos, whole fried fish and other dishes. If you’re feeling adventurous, hire a bike and cycle 10 minutes to the Yal-Ku cenote for a paddle.

Day 5

After a long few days of exploring, why not relax today and make the most of your hotel’s facilities, or take part in some included activities? Try your hand at snorkeling, take up a water sport, indulge in a spa treatment or simply relax pool side.

It’s your last day today, so spend it how you see fit – perhaps you’d prefer to see any last sights you haven’t already. The choice is yours.

Day 6

Sadly, your trip has come to an end. A representative will be waiting at your hotel for your transfer to the airport.

Additional Days

Should you wish to add extra days to existing cities/destinations or add new destinations to your pre-designed package, you will be able to do so during the submission process. Your final package cost will also change depending on how many additional travel components are needed for the extra days.
